The application of this system in an industrial environment allows to easily install solid partitions with single facing and pre-machined workshop cabins.
Glass can then be replaced by a 16 mm thick melamine panel.
For total interchangeability.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Industry A1 Clipper
- Braced self-supporting 47 mm thick partition with single wall.
Lacquered aluminium top and bottom wall plate, 35 mm high including the glazing bead.
- Lacquered aluminium walls’ start, 35 mm wide including the glazing bead.
- Two side melamine panels (or other finish), 16 mm thick.
- Single glazing 6 to 12 mm thick with clear polished edges, laminated or tempered depending on the size of the volume.
Glazing rebate held on 2 sides (top and bottom).
The vertical connections between glass panes are provided by a flush silicone joint.
- EPDM glazing joint on each side of the glass panes, thickness: dependant on thickness of the glass panes.

- 2D or 3D right angle made from lacquered aluminium profile + glazing bead mounted on the wall plate via connection and ceiling bearer via bearer corner block.
- Lacquered aluminium door frame, 50 mm thick, fitted with an isophonic joint and a groove to accommodate reversible hinges.
- Installed between lacquered aluminium uprights, bonded by the “reinforcement”, on the ceiling bearer.
- 40 mm thick wooden door, clarit or aluminium frame.
