Clipper. DOT
a new finish of partitions that can be disassembled.
The traditional cover strip is removed and the assembly of the facings is provided by buttons.
For glazed partitions or solid partitions
A 13 mm hollow joint between the facings reveals the aluminium upright that can be lacquered in any colour.
Compatible with every 6 to 8 mm thick glass panes with polished edges,
or with 12 to 13 mm thick panels with cladded edges,
this system offers every dimensional freedom of volumes within the panel dimensions available.
Using the same products, in terms of frame structure as well as facing,
except for the treatment of the edge of glass panes and panels,
the cost of this partition remains realistic,
especially since it can be combined with the 3 other choices of standard Clipper finish - S5 - S7 - S9 which can be individually selected for each side of the partition.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
- Braced self-supporting 82 mm thick partition with double wall.
- Lacquered aluminium top and bottom wall plate, 40 mm high.
- Lacquered aluminium S5 upright of section 47x37mm.
- Primary or lacquered aluminium button, 37 mm in diameter, screwed to the upright, with or without screw cover.
- Aluminium transom made based on lacquered S5 upright and mounted on the uprights using junctions or connections.
- Wood panels, 12 mm thick with cladded edges, fixed to the uprights using the buttons and with a 14 mm hollow joint formed between the panels.
- Glass wool insulant, 45 mm thick.
Single or double glazing, 6 mm, 8 mm, laminated 33.2 or 44.2 with polished edged on isophonic joints.
- 25 or 16 mm Venetian blind to be integrated in the single or double glazing module.

- Mounting of the button control for the blind.
- 40 mm thick wooden door, clarit or aluminium frame (single or double glazing with the possibility of integrating a blind to it)
- Lacquered aluminium door frame fitted with an isophonic joint and a groove to accommodate reversible hinges.
- 2, 3 or 4 direction right angle or variable angle with round post and angle profile allowing to make any angle starting from 90°.
- Electric cable built-in in the core of the partition or aluminium electric plinth 82 mm wide, 80 or 160 mm high,
allowing the direct clipping of electrical equipment.
The plinth is installed as a bottom or vertical wall plate.
